Culture in a family, home, or business is all-important. It is the way that everything gets done. Culture is a real game changer, and it always stems from our core beliefs and values. When we set principles such as forgiveness, accountability, integrity, attitude, and likability as the foundation of our core values, the trust factor on our teams increase, and work is accomplished smoother and faster. The lack of trust in organizations, families, or churches takes progress to a snail’s pace, and team members feel too vulnerable to make any changes or big decisions. This turns into wasted dollars and unused talent. Using character principles as the foundation of our core beliefs will lead to stronger, more trusting relationships and a stronger organization as a result. -Paul Weaver
