Gratefulness: Expressing feelings of gratitude

Grateful people appreciate the possessions and opportunities in their lives.  They take nothing for granted, and they notice simple pleasures.  Grateful people do not feel entitled, and they acknowledge the people who have helped them.

Gratefulness affects our lives from the inside out.  It shifts our focus from the things we lack to the abundant blessings we receive.  Gratefulness allows us to appreciate every moment in our lives as a wonderful gift.  By being grateful in all circumstances, we begin to live a life of gratitude.  Gratitude is a mindset and choice we must make.
