Sincerity

Insincere people are unreliable because their words and actions do not come from the heart.  They may be hypocritical, dishonest, and untrustworthy.

People who are not sincere struggle to make real connections or friendships because they lack honesty, welcoming attitudes, and genuine personalities.  Drama and conflict often follow this person closely.

Enemies of sincerity:

• Comparison:  Always comparing yourself to others can make you insecure and constantly seek validation from others, creating fake relationships.
• Expectations:  It is difficult to be sincere when you are always waiting for a reward.
• People-pleasing:  Falsely appeasing individuals through a misleading agenda because you think it will be to your benefit.
