Sincerity II

Sincerity is vital in leadership.  People can quickly discern who is phony or fake!  Insincere people are unreliable because their words and actions do not come from the heart.  They may be hypocritical, dishonest, and untrustworthy.  Whereas, people who show sincerity are genuine and free from phoniness, hypocrisy, and deceit.  They are trustworthy and they mean what they say.

Be courageous, be genuine, be sincere!
