Every organization needs to have an organizational chart to structure leadership and workflow and to help everyone understand the roles of all employees. However, people can be leaders at any level of the organization, even if they do not have the title or position. Leadership has more to do with influence than titles, and people will follow those whom they trust. The attitude and values of the leaders will largely determine the attitudes and values of the organization, and the leaders are responsible for making sure the right people are in place to appropriately influence the culture. -Paul Weaver
