Likability requires:

  • HUMOR – We want to spend time with the people who make us laugh. The power of a simple smile is amazing.
  • ENCOURAGING WORDS – People who feel comfortable complimenting others are more likable. People need to be valued, and a few well-chosen, encouraging words show others that you value them.
  • HUMBLE LISTENING – Genuine humility is very appealing. When you humbly listen to another person, you become more approachable.
