1. THE BIBLE—It is the only book that was inspired by the Almighty God Himself. More specifically, I prefer The Maxwell Leadership Bible. Maxwell included leadership lessons throughout the entire Bible. Priceless!
2. HOW TO WIN FRIENDS & INFLUENCE PEOPLE by Dale Carnegie. This is one of the best-selling books of all time, and it teaches us how to effectively interact with people. Every leader needs to attract people to gain influence.
3. HOW TO BECOME A GREAT BOSS by Jeffery Fox. This book should be everyone’s handbook for being a great boss.
Read the first two books to help your personal development before leading a group of people. Then read the third when you are ready to lead. If you read and apply all three, you will become a world-class leader.
