Money alone will not attract and keep great employees. Drawing the right people for our organizations begins with our leadership and more specifically, our character. People will not follow and work with a person of poor character.

I have found that the 48 Lodestar Principles have helped me grow in the areas I needed for leading effectively because when we develop our leadership around authentic character, it changes who we are and what we do.
